Business Process Outsourcing Executive

As a BPO Executive, you will manage outsourced business processes ensuring quality delivery and SLA compliance for international clients.

• →Execute business processes per client SOPs and quality standards
• →Monitor and maintain SLA compliance
• →Coordinate with clients and internal teams on issues
• →Maintain accurate process logs and escalation records
• →Participate in process audits and quality reviews
• →Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
• →Ensure confidentiality and data security

• ✓1–3 years of BPO experience preferred
• ✓Understanding of SLA-driven work environments
• ✓Proficiency in MS Office and data tools
• ✓Good English communication skills
• ✓Process-oriented with attention to detail
• ✓Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• ✓Quality monitoring experience is a plus
