Role Overview

As a Truck Dispatcher for our USA Campaign, you will coordinate freight movements for American trucking clients in real time. Night shift role: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM PKT.

Key Responsibilities

→Dispatch truck drivers for load pickups across US routes
→Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers
→Monitor driver locations and ETAs in real time
→Resolve breakdowns, delays, and route changes quickly
→Maintain accurate load records and dispatch sheets
→Communicate professionally with US-based contacts
→Meet daily dispatch targets and KPIs

Requirements

✓Fluent English — clear and professional phone communication (mandatory)
✓Prior dispatching experience preferred — freshers with strong English may apply
✓Familiarity with DAT or Truckstop.com is a plus
✓Strong negotiation and multitasking skills
✓Ability to work night shift 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM PKT
✓Quick decision-making under pressure
✓Basic computer skills — MS Office and email
