Role Overview

As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Officer, you will lead end-to-end hiring processes for Servions and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • →Manage full-cycle recruitment from brief to offer
  • →Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
  • →Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
  • →Coordinate and schedule panel interviews
  • →Maintain updated candidate pipeline for all roles
  • →Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards
  • →Ensure positive candidate experience throughout

Requirements

  • ✓1–3 years of recruitment experience
  • ✓Fluent English — verbal and written
  • ✓Proficiency with LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed
  • ✓Strong interviewing skills
  • ✓Ability to manage multiple open positions
  • ✓Target-driven with passion for talent
  • ✓ATS experience is a plus
