Role Overview

As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Officer, you will lead end-to-end hiring processes for Servions and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage full-cycle recruitment from brief to offer
→Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
→Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
→Coordinate and schedule panel interviews
→Maintain updated candidate pipeline for all roles
→Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards
→Ensure positive candidate experience throughout

Requirements

✓1–3 years of recruitment experience
✓Fluent English — verbal and written
✓Proficiency with LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed
✓Strong interviewing skills
✓Ability to manage multiple open positions
✓Target-driven with passion for talent
✓ATS experience is a plus
