E-commerce VA Management Specialist

As an E-commerce VA Management Specialist, you will manage virtual assistant operations for international e-commerce clients across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and eBay.

• →Manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop
• →Monitor store performance metrics
• →Handle order management and returns processing
• →Coordinate with suppliers and clients for inventory accuracy
• →Perform competitor analysis and market research
• →Prepare weekly performance reports
• →Ensure listings comply with platform policies

• ✓Experience with Amazon Seller Central or eBay preferred
• ✓Strong attention to detail for product data
• ✓Good written English for client communication
• ✓Familiarity with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus
• ✓Ability to manage multiple client accounts
• ✓Organized and self-driven
• ✓Basic image editing skills an advantage
