Inbound Call Center Representative

As an Inbound Call Center Representative at Servions, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients. Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply — we provide complete training.

• →Handle inbound calls from international clients professionally
• →Resolve customer queries efficiently within defined SLAs
• →Document call details and maintain customer records in CRM
• →Escalate complex issues to supervisors as per protocol
• →Meet KPIs including call quality and customer satisfaction scores
• →Participate in regular training sessions
