Role Overview

As a Chat & Email Support Specialist, you will manage real-time customer queries via live chat and email for our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • โ†’Handle customer queries through live chat and email simultaneously

  • โ†’Manage support tickets within defined SLAs

Requirements

  • โœ“Familiarity with Zendesk or Freshdesk is a plus
